To all our costumer let pray to the God for this bless Ramadhan, use this opportunity to get a better life, take healthier food, nutrition, stop smoking habit and over sleep. Try something new for this Ramadhan, keep your fitness to the top level, let the unhealthy fat burn easily, so you all can feel the energy  and fresh during Tarawikh.

Let's this Ramadhan be the witness for you to change our eating habit from unhealthy to better food. You are what you eat, you know. Eat more vegetable, fruit, protein sources, replace rice with oat and other grains much better than rice, replace the palm oil with olive oil, reduce the sugar and salt and one thing stop drink the cold water with the ice, it make the fats hard to burn and easy to get cough. In fact the ice cube that sold to us in restaurant had given some chemical treatment for long period of frozen. Take a plenty of mineral water or clear water, especially during Sahur time.
